This Privacy Policy explains how the KulinarBot website (the "Site", at kulinarbot.gornich.fun) and its associated TikTok publishing tool (together, the "Service") handle information. The Service is operated by an individual owner (contact: pedsyte@gmail.com). It publishes the owner's own culinary recipe content — text and photos — to the owner's own TikTok account using TikTok's official Content Posting API.

Visitors to the website

You can browse all recipes on the Site without registering, signing in, or providing any personal information. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not sell or share visitor data with anyone.

As with any website, our server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser type) for security and to keep the Site running. A session cookie is used only for the owner's private administration area; ordinary visitors are not given tracking cookies.

TikTok data we access and store

• TikTok authorization tokens. When the owner connects a TikTok account, TikTok provides an access token and a refresh token. These are stored securely on a private, access-controlled server and are used solely to publish the owner's own content to the owner's own TikTok account.
• Basic TikTok profile info (via the user.info.basic scope) — used only to confirm the connected account and its eligibility to post.

We use TikTok Login and the Content Posting API only to (a) verify the connected creator account and posting eligibility, and (b) publish recipe photos and videos that the owner created, to the owner's own account. We do not use TikTok data for advertising and never share it with third parties.

How recipe content is created

Recipe texts are written by the owner. Recipe photos are produced with the Ideogram image-generation service from the owner's own prompts. No personal data of website visitors or of any TikTok user is sent to that service.

Storage, retention and deletion

TikTok tokens and content metadata are stored on the owner's private server for as long as the integration is in use. You can revoke the Service's access at any time in TikTok → Settings → Security & permissions → Manage app permissions, or by emailing pedsyte@gmail.com to request deletion of stored data. On revocation or request, stored tokens are deleted.

Children

The Service is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect data from children.
